How do I book a trip?
Pick a date and the number of travellers on any trip page, then submit the short form. A confirmation with your reference number reaches your inbox in seconds. The evening before, we send your exact pickup time on WhatsApp. No account and no prepayment needed.
Is hotel transfer really included?
Round-trip pickup from any Hurghada hotel is included at no extra cost. Hotels in El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay are outside the Hurghada zone, so we charge +EUR 10 per guest one-way for the transfer, paid in cash on the day.
When do I pay?
Reserve now and pay on arrival, in cash, on the day of your trip. We take EUR, USD or EGP. Prefer to pay ahead? A secure card option (Visa or Mastercard) is available at checkout. The price is the same either way.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure: full refund, no questions asked. Within 24 hours we cannot refund because the boat, crew or quad is already reserved in your name, but we will always try to move you to another date.
Are the trips suitable for children?
Most are. Orange Bay, Dolphin House, Hula Hula and Ozirea are great for families. Infants under 6 are free, ages 6 to 11 pay half price, and 12 and over pay the adult rate. The Super Safari quad section suits ages 12 and up.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Not at all. Every boat carries snorkeling vests and the crew stays in the water with first-time snorkelers. You are always free to relax on board and enjoy only the stops you like.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our team works in English, Arabic, German and Russian every day, and French, Polish or Romanian-speaking guides can be arranged in advance. The whole site is available in 10 languages and WhatsApp support replies in yours.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If the marina closes we move your trip to another day that suits you, or refund you in full, your choice. We watch the forecast and message you early on WhatsApp so your day is never wasted.
