Can first-time divers join?

Yes. The diving stop is on a calm, shallow reef with a certified instructor and full gear, so no experience or certificate is needed. Ask for a slow briefing if it's your first time. The dive is for ages 10 and up.

Will we definitely see dolphins?

No. The dolphins are wild and free to move, so sightings can never be guaranteed. The captain heads to the Dolphin House area where the pod is seen regularly, but some days they are elsewhere.

Is it suitable for families with children?

Yes. The snorkel stop is calm and kids can stay close to a parent. The diving stop is for ages 10 and up on a strict instructor-to-guest ratio. Children 6-10 pay 50% of the adult price and infants 0-5 are free.

About 8 hours. Pickup is around 06:30 and you are usually back at your hotel by about 16:30. A buffet lunch is served on board.

What if the weather is bad?

If the marina closes for safety, we cancel and you can rebook for any other date or get a full refund. We never sail in unsafe conditions.

This full-day boat trip brings together the three things people come to the Red Sea for: snorkeling a living reef, the chance to see wild dolphins, and a first taste of scuba diving, all in one day from Hurghada. We leave the marina in the morning and the captain chooses the route based on the weather, the water visibility and where the dolphins have been seen recently. The day includes a guided snorkel stop at a sheltered reef, time in the Dolphin House area where the resident pod sometimes rests (wild dolphins are possible but never guaranteed), and one beginner-friendly diving stop on a calm, shallow reef where a certified instructor takes you down. No experience or certificate is needed for the dive: you just hover, look and breathe, with a slow briefing on request.
