Is hotel transfer really free?

Round-trip pickup from any Hurghada hotel is included at no extra cost. Hotels in El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay are outside the Hurghada zone, so we charge +EUR 10 per guest one-way for the transfer, paid in cash on the day.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Under-6 free, 6-11 pay 50%, 12+ pay adult price.

What if the weather is bad?

If we cancel for safety, you can rebook for any other date or receive a full refund.

Dolphin House is the Hurghada day trip to wild spinner dolphins that rest on the sheltered reefs near the city. There is no single fixed spot, the captain decides each morning which reef the pod is on, reading the wind and the latest sightings. We leave early to give you the best chance of meeting the pod. Our boat moors at the reef edge so you can snorkel over the coral garden, and on most days you will see dolphins surfacing nearby. We never feed or touch the dolphins, your guide explains the rules before you enter the water.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sea trips depend on safe sailing conditions. If the marina closes for safety, the captain cancels and we move you to another date for free or refund you in full.

Wildlife sightings (dolphins, turtles, rays) are possible but never guaranteed. We visit habitats where they are seen regularly, but they are wild animals.
